Also, Magikarp learns tackle at 15, and Metapod knows tackle if you evolved it from Caterpie. If it is the show, Magikap can just used tackle anyway. You’d better recognize. But, truth be told, it would be a miserable battle to work with a <Lv15 Magikarp and Metapod that only knows Harden. Battles ended by Struggle are just… sad. And painful. And long. My money goes on Metapod, of course.
