Quick look at the detail work of Rodarte Black Swan outfit.

 If your wondering what the fabric used for the front pleats is, its not chiffon, its tulle. The right bust is covered in black crystals with a few white ones mixed in, and the left one is gathered fabric with the same crystals and obviously feathers.

If your making this please do it right, and get feathers at lease somewhat similar to these, not those ugly craft ones. They aren’t the same and look cheap, same goes for the crystals, rhinestones are ok but get similar ones to these.

Nailed it. Within my budget anyway.

If I could get my hands on some tulle that’d be a nice touch.
